Okay, why is it that I am part Filipino and I have never heard of this popular Filipino dessert? My co-worker asked me to take her to a local bakery called Red Ribbon Bake Shop which has all kinds of lovely desserts. Not sure if I can describe correctly, but this has nutty cookie layers with layers of French butter cream in between. Absolutely delicious!!
