Sorry, just taking a break from blogging. Instead doing alot of baking and just plain old cooking, of course. I just celebrated another birthday (ugh) last week. I didn't want a traditional cake, so I baked my own! Pineapple Upside-down cake, I haven't had one in a long time, reminds me of my childhood. :)
