Crepes for dinner

This evening I made Chicken Crepes. I haven't made them in a long time, but I remembered the last time I made them they were pretty good and dh liked them, too. Sorry, no picture. I actually made the crepes this morning as I was listening to Melinda Lee (a week-end am radio program). Anyway, the crepes were pretty simple to make, plus I have a crepe pan that I use occasionally. Once I made the batch I just put the stack in the fridge and they were ready for me to use for dinner. They also freeze well, just wrap tightly and freeze. I'll post the recipe later, I have other crepe recipes I would like to try - I mean with different fillings.

My dd is loving her new sewing machine. She is starting out simple and has already made a pillow. She used two western handkerchiefs that you can buy at Michaels, and she appliqued a design of some kind on the front. It looks really nice. She wants to make purses or tote bags now. Looks like she has been bitten by the sewing bug.

As for me, nada! I've been just too busy, plus I've been getting over a cold, so I thought, but I feel a sore throat still.
