Happy September!

Sorry, it's been awhile. I really want to post at least every other day, but life get ahead of me and then I realize that it's been a week. Eeek! Anyway, I've had some schedule changes at work, and then I had to get adjusted to it (it's no biggee really), then I've been making a few things for my shop and of course I went to the Scrapbook Expo in San Diego on Saturday. I took a Digital Scrapbook class, I wish I was able to take the following class afterwards, but it was full. That one was all about speed scanning and scrapping all on the computer. I learned so much from the "plain English" class that I feel that I'm ready to get Photoshop Elements and start playing!

I've also been spending some time researching the internet about this sewing machine.

I've heard so many good things I'm hoping it will be the machine of my dreams. I've tried to fix my machine by buying the part it needed, but it still isn't working right and really it's not worth me taking it in to get fixed. I'd rather have a new one! It's time for goodness sakes! I've been using my daughter's first sewing machine we bought her for her birthday a couple of years ago, but it's just too lightweight for me and I'm not happy. So I've been crunching numbers to see if it's going to work out, but I think I might just put it on the card and worry about cost later. Oooh, dh doesn't know, but I'm sure he won't mind. (I hope)

I'm way behind on blog reading, too, I'll try to catch up within the next couple of days.

I have plenty of photos to post tomorrow (hopefully), see ya then!

I have to worst time choosing a sewing machine. I find it hard to make the commitment:) Good luck, I'm sure you'll make beautiful things whatever you choose.

I'm back cross-stitching

Well, not yet, but real soon because my daughter found a Halloween cross-stitch booklet that I thought I lost forever. So my plans are to ...
