I was looking at the photo of the pumpkin bread and it looks a little dark, maybe a little too dark. Well, the story is that my ovens are thrashed. It's been over a year that they quit working and instead of buying a new stove/oven, we plan on remodeling the kitchen all together. Well, . . . . I don't know when that is going to be (hopefully next year?), so I have been using a toaster oven whenever I have that urge to bake. It seems to work out okay, I have to watch the time, temperature, and use smaller sized pans. Also, using the toaster oven keeps me from getting carried away, because I love to bake. (sigh) We have a lot of work ahead of us when we remodel. New windows, cabinets, countertops, sliding glass door, floors, etc. So it's something that we have on our minds, but knowing that it's going to cost us a small fortune we just aren't ready. I wish dd was able to get a scholarship. (sigh)
I'm full of sighs today, have a great day or what's left of it.

We will be doing a kitchen redo soon, too. We have been saving forever it seems and still have a ways to go.
Your pumpkin bread looks yummy. DS and I are the only ones who like pumpkin around here. I may have to try it for us.
